Users are granted access to the Sakan platform and its services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. Use of the platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights owned by Sakan, its content, or its software.

Under these Terms, you may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
  • Copy, republish, or exploit any part of the platform or its content for commercial purposes without prior permission.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' accounts.

3. Accounts and Content

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when creating an account or publishing listings.

The user also acknowledges that they:

  • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Are fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
  • Must not impersonate any person or entity.
  • Must not publish content that violates laws or the rights of others.

Sakan reserves the right to modify, hide, or delete any listing or content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Responsibility for Listings and Transactions

Sakan is an intermediary platform for displaying listings and connecting users with each other. Sakan is not a party to any agreement or contract concluded between users.

Sakan does not guarantee the validity, accuracy, or completeness of all information published by advertisers. Users are responsible for verifying properties, housing units, and related details before making any decision or financial transaction.

5. Disclaimer

Sakan platform services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.

Sakan does not provide any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the Service, and does not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sakan and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

  • Use of the Service or inability to use it.
  • Reliance on information published by users.
  • Any dealings or agreements between users, whether inside or outside the platform.

7. Accuracy of Information

Some information or materials published on the platform may contain errors or outdated data. Sakan reserves the right to modify or update any content or service at any time without prior notice.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Sakan is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external parties, and use of them is at the user's own responsibility.

9. User Conduct

The user agrees not to:

  • Publish any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Publish misleading or inaccurate listings or information.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights or trademarks of others.
  • Send spam messages or use the platform for unauthorized promotional purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the operation or technical infrastructure of the platform.

10. Modifications

Sakan reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after the updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts for any dispute arising from the use of the platform.

12. Subscriptions and Payments

Sakan may provide free or paid plans to access certain features inside the platform.

  • Package prices and features are displayed inside the platform before completing the subscription.
  • The user agrees to pay the required fees to use paid services.
  • Sakan reserves the right to modify package prices or features in the future, provided this does not affect active subscriptions until their expiry.
  • Fees paid after subscription activation are non-refundable unless Sakan states otherwise.
  • Sakan may suspend or cancel any subscription if the user violates these Terms of Use.
